Requires good communication skills, organization, and attention to values. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide courteous and efficient customer service; * Operate the cash register (opening, closing, and reconciling funds); * Receive payments (cash, credit/debit cards, PIX, etc.); * Issue fiscal invoices and receipts; * Monitor and organize cash flow; * Warranty management; * **Support the sales and customer service teams as needed;** * Maintain a well-organized work environment.**Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Experience in customer service and/or cashier roles; * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and responsibility regarding funds; * Basic computer literacy. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in auto centers or the automotive sector; * Familiarity with cash register/ERP systems; * Agile and proactive attitude.
