Learn more at: https://www.rosewoodhotels.com/pt/sao\-paulo **What We’re Looking For:** We are seeking a professional to assume the position of SPA Therapist at ASAYA in our luxurious hotel, renowned for delivering an extraordinary experience to our guests and clients. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform spa treatments such as massages, facials, exfoliations, and specialized therapies. * Consult with clients to assess needs, preferences, and health conditions. * Customize treatments according to individual requirements, adjusting pressure, duration, and products. * Educate clients on treatment benefits and wellness practices. * Ensure exceptional service, creating a comfortable and relaxing environment. * Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of spa rooms and areas, following sterilization protocols. * Monitor and replenish supplies, ensuring product and linen availability. * Comply with spa and hotel policies and procedures for safety and comfort. * Collaborate with team members and management to resolve issues related to facilities or equipment. * Stay updated on products and provide recommendations to clients. **Key Requirements:** * Certification or diploma in Spa Therapy, Massage Therapy, or a related field. * Proven experience as a spa therapist, preferably in a luxury setting. * In-depth knowledge of massage techniques, body therapies, and facial treatments. * Ability to customize treatments according to individual needs. * Fluency in English; advanced level is desirable. * Physical strength to perform massage movements and apply pressure. * Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. * Attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
