The balance between tradition and modernity is our ideal; beyond Medicine, Alfa prepares your child to become whoever they aspire to be. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Control access of students, parents/guardians, staff, and visitors to the school * Ensure the security of the entrance gate and surrounding areas of the institution * Guide and direct visitors as needed * Observe and report abnormal situations to the responsible department * Assist in organizing student entry and exit during peak hours * Receive small deliveries and correspondence **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed elementary education (minimum) * Prior experience as a doorman is considered a plus * Strong communication skills, courtesy, and professional demeanor * Affinity with the school environment and with children and adolescents * Ability to act discreetly and attentively * Punctuality and responsibility **Benefits:** * Unimed health insurance plan * Transportation allowance * 2 full scholarships (100%) at Colégio Alfa for children or stepchildren * Discounts at partner pharmacies * Birthday day off Location: R.
