We are seeking an Administrative Commercial Assistant to support commercial operations, with a focus on outsourcing and private-label brands. If you are organized, proactive, and currently pursuing studies in the administrative field, this opportunity may be for you! **Responsibilities:** Operate and adjust machine and equipment parameters according to operational procedure specifications to ensure high-quality and efficient production of cosmetic products; Monitor and assist preventive and corrective maintenance activities in coordination with the maintenance team to ensure equipment remains in optimal operating condition; Regularly inspect equipment operating conditions using checklists and visual inspections to identify and resolve potential failures before they impact production; Record daily production in timekeeping sheets or control systems to ensure data accuracy for performance tracking and analysis; Prepare and adjust machines according to specific operational guidelines for each equipment, focusing on filling efficiency and minimizing unplanned stoppages; Perform minor equipment repairs autonomously using appropriate tools to resolve simple issues without requiring technical support; Maintain equipment and clean and organize the work area at the end of each shift to ensure a safe environment and readiness for the next operation; Continuously monitor product quality during the filling process using inspection and analytical tools to prevent deviations from standards and ensure product compliance; Complete production reports and track performance indicators, analyzing data to contribute to continuous process improvement; Operate manual pallet jacks and walkie-stackers to transport materials safely and efficiently, following safety guidelines; Accurately perform batch/SKU changes and material handling to follow established procedures, ensuring traceability and proper production flow; Train new machine operators by sharing best practices and operational instructions to effectively integrate and upskill the team; Suggest and implement improvements to equipment and processes, contributing ideas and initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and safety; Comply with and promote occupational safety regulations to ensure individual and collective protection for all production-area employees. **Requirements:** Completed High School Education Focused Attention, Organization, Proactivity. Prior experience in production is desirable. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:30 PM Competitive salary commensurate with the position. **Benefits:** Meal allowance, transportation allowance, pharmacy discount program, health and dental insurance, among others.
