**Schedule:** 12x36 (07:00 to 19:00\)
**Location:** Maternidade Unimed Litoral \- Balneário Camboriú/SC
**Department:** Central Pharmacy
**Requirements:**
Completed High School;
Basic computer skills;
Microsoft Office suite.
**Job Mission:**
Verify and perform stock counts, meeting demand from medical prescriptions and material and medication requisitions for the hospital.
**Main Responsibilities:**
1\. Receive, release, and pick material and medication orders
2\. Pick material and medication requisitions from requesting departments
3\. Monitor medication expiration dates and appropriate storage temperature
4\. Deliver supplies while maintaining strict stock control (VP/SP)
5\. Record procedure kits in the system and replenish them
6\. Perform stock and expiration date control counts
7\. Clean and organize stock areas
8\. Inspect emergency carts and transport backpacks within the stipulated timeframe
9\. Receive and deliver batches/prescriptions
10\. Verify and transfer orders between units
11\. Handle internal phone calls (extensions)
12\. Serve internal customers (at the door) and external customers according to department requirements
13\. Monitor supplier deliveries
14\. Contact suppliers and/or external customers as required by the department
15\. Receive medical-hospital supplies for surgical and outpatient procedures
16\. Report daily to immediate leadership regarding pending items and/or non-conformities;

17\. Assist in the authorization verification process
18\. Pick and dispatch authorized materials and medications to providers
19\. Record materials and medications in the system, progress patient care, and attach documents to the Electronic Document Management System (GED)
20\. Submit purchase requests
21\. Monitor and schedule discharge patients
22\. Monitor messages received via WhatsApp and respond as needed
