Job Summary: Responsible for manufacturing foundry patterns, executing manufacturing, assembly, finishing procedures, and ensuring compliance with technical and customer requirements. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for manufacturing and assembling foundry pattern tooling 2. Performs adjustments and repairs to ensure compliance with standards and requirements 3. Teamwork and guidance of assistants Responsible for manufacturing foundry patterns, executing manufacturing procedures based on assembly drawings, checklists, and foundry tooling project specifications. Performs preparation and gluing of pattern parts/components, and finishes machined or manually worked parts. Conducts assembly and gluing of parts and hardware that structure the patterns. Performs measurements, adjustments, and repairs of parts to ensure delivery of tooling within technical standards and customer requirements. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Execute pattern manufacturing processes for casting, performing measurements, assemblies, adjustments, and repairs of parts to ensure conformity, adhering to standards and specifications meeting customer technical requirements. * Prepare raw parts; assemble machined parts and hardware that structure the patterns. * Apply finishing using plastic putty, paint, resin, and other chemical compounds on machined, cast, or manually worked parts to ensure good aesthetics, usability, durability, and/or ease of extraction from sand molds. * Take action upon encountering any problems or difficulties during pattern manufacturing, proposing improvements to tooling or necessary changes. * Collaborate in teams with other professionals involved in the pattern manufacturing process. * Guide and assign tasks to pattern maker assistants to ensure productivity in tooling execution while complying with quality, health, and safety standards. * Comply with job-related and organizational safety standards. * Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education * Preferred: Course in Drawing Interpretation and Reading * Preferred: Metrology Course **Additional Information** **Benefits Offered:** Free on-site cafeteria Group life insurance UNIMED Health Plan (**Company covers 100% of the monthly premium for the employee after a 3-month probationary period**) On-site clinic and occupational physician Free parking for bicycles, motorcycles, and cars Pharmacy discount program PPR – Profit Sharing Program (**paid twice per year**) Transportation allowance Recreational area and kiosk Altona Library "Conta Comigo" Program (Financial counseling, psychological support, legal guidance, nutritional consultation, social assistance) AACA – Altona Athletic and Cultural Association (sports gymnasium, soccer fields, beach volleyball courts) **And more:** Internal career growth opportunities Long-service recognition award Internal events and celebrations Tuition assistance program (per current internal policy) **Working Hours:** * General \- Monday to Friday, from 6:30 AM to 3:48 PM Electro Aço Altona S.A. was founded on March 8, 1924, as a small foundry and mechanical repair workshop. Initially named Auerbach \& Werner, it resulted from the partnership between German-origin owners: engineer Paul Werner and blacksmith Ernst Auerbach. The company expanded and incorporated steel into its production line, changing its name to Electro Aço Altona in 1933\. Thus emerged Santa Catarina’s first steel foundry and one of Brazil’s earliest.
