We offer services ranging from recruitment and selection to people management consulting. **Responsibilities:** Verification and closure of HR and Operations KPIs. Onboarding of new employees and integration follow-up. Recording and tracking one-on-one meetings between leaders and teams. Conducting organizational climate surveys. Posting job openings on platforms (LinkedIn, Gupy, etc.) and developing interview scripts. Conducting semi-annual 360° evaluations (technical, behavioral, and cultural) and employee follow-up. Routine personnel department tasks and guidance to employees on related matters (timekeeping, payroll, etc.).
