Our client, a carpentry company, is seeking a PCP professional to work in the Morretes neighborhood of Itapema/SC. YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES Plan, schedule, and control production to ensure efficiency, Respect deadlines and foster integration among sales, engineering, procurement, and production. Develop production schedules by department and issue production orders according to productive capacity. Analyze technical projects and bills of materials; control raw material and work-in-process inventories; identify bottlenecks; and propose improvements during planning. Monitor production KPIs and collaborate with procurement and logistics teams. REQUIREMENTS Previous experience in PCP, preferably in the furniture or industrial sector, Knowledge of manufacturing processes and ability to read technical drawings. Proficiency in Excel. ERP experience is a plus. Driver's license.
