Job Summary: The professional will operate a rotary arm and monorail, inspect equipment, perform part finishing, maintain tools, participate in continuous improvement projects, and comply with safety and quality standards. Participation in continuous improvement projects Description: * Incomplete Elementary Education (Completion of the 5th grade of elementary level, with Certificate). * Rotary Arm and Monorail Operator Training Course * Perform MPO (Machine Preventive Operation) of the equipment, inspecting components daily and arranging corrective maintenance requests when necessary, ensuring the machine remains fully operational, preventing rework and accidents; * Perform finishing on raw or pre\-machined parts using a disc grinder to remove defects (ribs, excess material, general burrs, minor adjustments, and welds), strictly adhering to the FTA (Finishing Technical Sheet) or part markings, ensuring compliance with customer quality standards and achieving departmental productivity indicators; * Maintain responsibility for assigned tools, using and storing them properly to preserve company assets and comply with the 5S philosophy. * Participate in continuous improvement projects, suggesting and contributing toward improving working conditions, productivity, and cost reduction, and acting preventively. * Comply with occupational safety regulations as well as integrated quality management procedures, ensuring employee physical integrity. * Adhere to organization and cleanliness standards established by the 5S philosophy. 2512050202181103238
