Here, Apprentices may work across various company departments—including Administration, Production, Customer Service, Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, and others—based on their profile and interests. Responsibilities: * Support daily routines and tasks within the assigned department; * Assist with controls, recordkeeping, and document organization; * Observe internal processes and support the team; * Contribute ideas, organization, and collaboration in daily operations; * Participate in training sessions and learning opportunities provided by the company. Mandatory Requirements: * Currently enrolled in or having completed high school; * Age between 14 and 24 years (in accordance with apprenticeship program legislation); * Availability to fulfill the program’s scheduled working hours; * Strong motivation to learn, grow, and become part of the team.
