




Job Summary: A physiotherapy professional responsible for assessment, treatment, early stimulation, and physical and functional rehabilitation, including the development of individualized therapeutic plans. Development and implementation of individualized therapeutic plans **Work Location: Tijucas \- SC** **Responsibilities and Duties** Conduct functional assessments and treat identified impairments; Carry out early stimulation activities; Perform physiotherapy consultations, including medical history taking, requesting and conducting interconsultations, and referrals; Conduct physical and functional assessments, applying and interpreting scales, questionnaires, functional tests, and complementary examinations to establish physiotherapeutic diagnosis and prognosis; Prescribe, analyze, apply, evaluate, and re-evaluate physiotherapeutic methods, techniques, and resources aimed at restoring joint, bone, muscle, tendon, sensory, sensitive, and motor functions, individually or in groups; Prescribe and define criteria for physiotherapeutic discharge; Document consultations, assessments, diagnoses, prognoses, treatments, progress notes, interconsultations, complications, and physiotherapeutic discharges in patient records; Issue physiotherapeutic reports, opinions, summaries, and certificates; Plan and implement strategies to improve accessibility in public and private environments, as well as adaptations in home, school, workplace, and leisure settings. **Requirements** Completed undergraduate degree in Physiotherapy; Active registration with the SC Regional Council of Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy (CREFITO); Experience in physical and functional rehabilitation activities.
