Here, you can chart your future path!** * Open maintenance tickets; * Monitor revenue (hourly / monthly / new customer acquisition / partnership agreements); * Monitor regional activity—competitors and generator hubs; * Customer service; * Customer support center (SAC) service; * Claims handling (Sinistro); * Develop work schedules; * Reconcile cash registers; * Inspect equipment and infrastructure; * Inspect parking lots; * Manage maneuvering, lot, and cashier teams; * Complete revenue spreadsheets; * Conduct flow / occupancy / idle time analysis; * Perform operational checklists; * Manage office supplies / receipt rolls / cleaning materials; * Manage petty cash fund; * Submit daily financial reports (daily cash closing); * Handle delinquency cases for monthly customers and partnership agreements; * Process timesheets; * Address requests from clients / designated contacts; * Train maneuvering, lot, and cashier teams. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed high school education; * Experience leading teams; * Excellent oral communication skills; * Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite (intermediate Excel); * Ability to analyze reports; * Experience with integrated systems; * Valid driver's license. **Additional Information:** **Employment Type:** Permanent \- CLT 5x2 \= 11:00–20:48 **Benefits:** * Monthly meal allowance; * Transportation allowance or fuel assistance; * Life insurance; * Corporate University; .
