This is an opportunity for professionals who wish to go beyond operations and serve as technical references, leading initiatives in **Information Security and Microsoft 365 environments**, with strong impact on digital transformation projects. **Key Responsibilities** **Security \& Compliance** * Implement and manage Microsoft 365 security solutions (Defender, Purview, etc.) * Configure Conditional Access policies, MFA, and Zero Trust strategies * Develop and enforce DLP and data protection policies * Analyze security alerts and incidents * Administer endpoint and server protection solutions **Modern Workplace \& Projects** * Implement and administer Microsoft Intune (device enrollment, compliance, configuration) * Configure Windows Autopilot * Manage Azure policies and governance (Policy, RBAC) * Develop automations (Power Automate / Logic Apps) * Create and maintain PowerShell scripts **Technical Pre\-sales** * Support technical presentations to clients * Draft scopes of work and support commercial proposals * Validate Microsoft licensing according to scenario Requirements: * Prior experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure * Hands\-on experience with Microsoft Defender (Endpoint, Cloud Apps, Office 365) * Advanced knowledge of Intune and device management * Experience with Conditional Access, MFA, and Entra ID * Proficiency in PowerShell * Experience with Azure services (Policy, RBAC, Logic Apps, etc.) **Preferred Qualifications** * Microsoft certifications (SC\-100, SC\-300, SC\-401, MD\-102, MS\-102, AZ\-104) * Experience with Microsoft Purview (DLP and Compliance) * Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture * Experience with tenant migrations * Automation using Power Platform * Knowledge of applied AI (Copilot, Azure AI) Benefits * Health insurance (100% monthly premium \+ 50% co\-payment); * Meal allowance: BRL 31.00 per business day; * Opportunities for professional growth and development; * Collaborative and dynamic work environment.
