Experience handling high-volume job openings and operational recruitment Position: HR Recruiter (Women-Only Affirmative Action Position) Work Location: Balneário Camboriú – SC Company: McDonald’s Restaurant Chain Work Modality: On-site Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:48 Compensation: To be determined About the Position We are looking for an HR Recruiter to join our team and directly manage talent attraction and selection processes, supporting the growth and development of our units. Responsibilities \* Conduct recruitment and selection processes for operational and administrative positions \* Align candidate profiles with hiring managers \* Promote job openings across various channels \* Screen resumes and conduct interviews \* Monitor recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and turnover rates \* Support talent attraction, retention, and onboarding initiatives for new employees Requirements \* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields (completed or in progress) \* Prior experience in recruitment and selection \* Strong verbal and written communication skills \* Organizational skills, dynamism, and proactivity \* Strong interpersonal relationship skills Preferred Qualifications \* Experience managing high-volume job openings \* Experience in operational recruitment \* Familiarity with general HR routines If interested, please submit your resume to participate in the selection process.
