Job Summary: Professional responsible for managing the supplier lifecycle, from non-conformance communication to performance evaluation and deadline negotiation. Key Highlights: 1. Full lifecycle management of suppliers 2. Focus on continuous improvement and document governance 3. Opportunity for negotiation and problem resolution * + Execute and monitor processes related to Supplier Management; + Handle Non-Conformance records in Planner, including criticality classification, identification of involved parties, and follow-up on corrective actions; + Gather information from requesters, internal departments, contracts, and suppliers; + Draft and formalize Non-Conformance communications to suppliers, lead corrective action discussions, and track action plans; + Negotiate deadlines, adjustments, and feedback with suppliers, aligning with internal guidelines; + Record feedback, formalize internal alignment, and close records upon completion of actions; + Update databases and respond to questionnaires for generating supplier performance indicators; + Conduct Monthly Supplier Periodic Evaluations according to schedule; + Validate contract validity, engage requesters, and consolidate evaluation results; + Identify improvement opportunities and, when necessary, prepare formal feedback for suppliers; + Support organizational and document governance, ensuring version control and compliance with internal guidelines.**Requirements** + Experience or exposure in Procurement, Supplier Management, or related areas; + Knowledge of contract reading and interpretation; + Experience in supplier performance evaluation is a plus; + Strong communication and negotiation skills; + Organized, detail-oriented, and analytical mindset; + Comfortable with operational tasks and process monitoring.**Tools Used** + Microsoft Excel + Microsoft Forms + Planner + Corporate E\-mail
