Focus on team engagement and continuous improvement. Altenburg Têxtil Ltda is seeking a dedicated and committed **Production Facilitator** to join our unit in Blumenau, Santa Catarina. This professional will support production operations, overseeing processes from raw material preparation through to product finishing and packaging, ensuring smooth process execution and team engagement. **Work schedule: 2nd shift: Monday to Friday — 2:12 PM to 11:14 PM.** **Responsibilities include:** * Supporting the supervisor in team and operational activity management. * Directly guiding the shop-floor team to ensure alignment with departmental objectives. * Evaluating employee performance and providing feedback and development actions. * Organizing and monitoring daily activities to ensure achievement of goals and deadlines. * Tracking process times and movements to identify improvement opportunities. * Pursuing optimization and continuous improvement of production processes. * Engaging the team in established goals and fostering a collaborative and productive environment. * Prioritizing and directing tasks according to operational needs.
