We offer services ranging from recruitment and selection to HR management consulting. **Responsibilities:** Submitting monthly payroll-related movements (absences, overtime, commissions) to accounting and verifying received reports. Assisting in the hiring and termination workflow, including document collection, submission for registration, and tracking of Occupational Medicine exams (ASOs). Organizing physical and digital employee files to ensure no documents are missing. Supporting the creation of internal announcements and organizing team initiatives. Employee assistance. Previous experience as HR Assistant, HR Analyst, HR Intern, or HR Coordinator may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
