With the "Company App", we offer a comprehensive, human-centered people management solution that simplifies internal communication and transforms how companies engage with their teams. **What do we expect from you?** * Analyze and understand the project history, delivered scope, and implementation documentation; * Take ownership of the customer after solution sign-off and go\-live; * Participate in the implementation closure meeting; * Lead the **Adoption Meeting (D\+1\)**; * Present the adoption plan to the customer, including objectives, checkpoints, and success criteria; * Conduct weekly checkpoints to monitor initial operations; * Encourage active platform usage by reinforcing features, benefits, and best practices; * Monitor usage, adoption, and satisfaction metrics; * Validate the go-live checklist, pre\-requisites, and any post\-go\-live pending items; * Ensure the support team is scheduled in the first agenda to reinforce support channels, SLAs, and responsible parties for each stage; * Ensure the Account CSM is scheduled in the final agenda to hand over to Customer Success (Ongoing); * Collect feedback regarding the implementation experience and initial operations (CSAT form); * Document risks, pending items, and action plans; * Formalize the customer handover to the Customer Success team. **What qualifications should you have?** * Clear, concise, and empathetic communication * Active listening and persuasive argumentation skills * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Proactivity and ownership mindset * Ability to handle conflicts effectively * Good time and priority management * Strategic vision on customer adoption and retention * Practical knowledge of SaaS software implementation * Analytical ability to interpret usage and engagement metrics
