Check out this opportunity and \#JoinTranspoTech! **Responsibilities and duties** * Organize, update, and maintain employee records, ensuring proper document management and verification; * Support administrative routines by digitizing, controlling, and archiving documentation in employee folders; * Deliver EPIs (Personal Protective Equipment), ensuring control and collection of receipt signatures. **Requirements and qualifications** * Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team; * Proactivity in executing tasks and resolving day-to-day demands; * Organizational skills and attention to detail in document and process control; * Commitment to punctuality and adherence to schedules; * Interest in learning and developing new professional skills; * Completed high school education; * Basic/intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; * Must reside in Blumenau or surrounding region. **Additional information** * Salary \+ benefits package At TranspoTech, we are driven by passion... **the passion to serve.** Each of us—the Orange Blood—carries with pride the honor of belonging to a company that goes beyond selling solutions.
