Job Description: * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology; * Experience as a Product Owner (PO) and supporting the Senior Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (Sapiens); * Solid knowledge of the customization tools for the Senior ERP system (Sapiens) is essential for developing reports, SGI screens, web services, business rules, and integration processes with other systems; * Experience supporting the Financial, Accounting, Marketing, and Procurement modules; * Manage, negotiate deadlines, and prioritize the product improvement backlog with end-user departments; * Define and communicate product improvements; * Translate business needs into functional requirements; * Monitor delivery progress and adjust priorities accordingly; * Validate and accept deliverables from the development team; * Maintain relationships with end-user departments and vendors; * Actively participate in agile ceremonies (e.g., planning, review, etc.); * Responsible for administration, negotiation of deadlines and scopes with key users from respective departments. 251203020219835018
