**Main Activities** * Create, review, adjust, and manage system automation projects; * Interact with clients, users, and team leaders to understand their needs, collect feedback, and manage priorities and expectations; * Seek innovations and research market trends; * Write, detail, and organize Backlog items; * Be available to the Development Team daily to clarify questions about requirements and acceptance criteria; * Other activities inherent to the role. **Requirements:** * Experience in the role of elaboration and management of IT projects; * Completed degree in systems analysis and development, software engineering, or related fields; * Reside in Itapema and/or have easy access to it. **Remuneration:** Between BRL 8,000.00 and BRL 12,000.00 (depending on experience).
