




The **Implementation Assistant** will be responsible for directly supporting the team in charge of delivering the company's products and services. Your role will be essential in ensuring the correct implementation of systems, platforms, and training purchased by clients, with a special focus on activities related to enrollments, LMS environment configuration, and training catalog availability. ***Main Responsibilities*** * Support the implementation team in configuring and customizing training platforms (LMS), according to each client's specifications. * Assist in the process of delivering company training enrollments, ensuring that accesses are created correctly and within deadlines. * Participate in the implementation and updating of course and training catalogs on the platforms provided to clients. * Create, maintain, and update project documentation, including manuals, user guides, and progress reports. * Contribute to testing and validation activities, ensuring that implemented systems function properly and reporting issues to the responsible team. * Assist in preparing training sessions for end users, supporting them in efficiently using platforms and resources. * Provide first-level technical support to users during the implementation phase, clarifying basic questions and tracking service requests. * Support change management activities, helping clients and users adapt to new processes and tools. * Collect customer feedback regarding the implementation experience and suggest improvements. * Ensure all tasks are completed within established deadlines, contributing to customer satisfaction and project success. Requirements:* High school diploma (ongoing higher education in technology, business administration, or related fields will be considered a plus). * Good verbal and written communication skills. * Organization, attention to detail, and ability to follow established processes. * Basic knowledge of technology tools, preferably LMS systems, digital platforms, or management software. * Ability to work in teams and willingness to learn. Desirable Qualifications * Previous experience in system implementation, technical support, or customer service. * Knowledge of e\-learning platforms, corporate training management, or educational processes. ***Skills:*** * Basic knowledge of technology and computing (Office/Google Workspace suite, system navigation). * Familiarity with digital platforms and virtual learning environments (LMS). * Basic understanding of system or software implementation processes. * Documentation skills (report writing, manuals, guides). * Basic first-level technical support knowledge (handling basic inquiries, service request tracking). * Desired: knowledge in corporate education, e\-learning, or online training.
