If you are **communicative**, **organized**, and **enjoy helping people**, this position could be perfect for you! **Working hours** **Monday to Friday**: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM **Saturdays**: 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM **Main responsibilities** * Provide in-person, telephone, and WhatsApp customer service * Sell products and services * Perform system registrations and updates * Track customer requests and follow-ups * Assist in resolving issues and answering questions * Maintain an organized workplace * Receive orders and forward them to the responsible department * Conduct initial diagnostic tests on devices **Requirements** * Completed high school education * Basic computer skills * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Organizational skills and proactivity * Ability to interact effectively with customers **Preferred qualifications (not mandatory)** * Experience in technical support * Knowledge of home appliances and repairs * Experience in sales or customer support Employment type: Full-time, permanent CLT contract Salary: R$1,518.00 – R$2,000.00 per month
