Guiding assistants in operational activities We have an opportunity for a Hot Stamping Operator at a printing company located in Blumenau. Responsibilities include machine operation, technical adjustments, and ensuring production process quality. RESPONSIBILITIES: ✔ Prepare and operate Hot Stamping machines (Gietz/BMA BM) ✔ Verify production orders and specifications ✔ Adjust pressure, speed, margin guides, clamps, and squareness ✔ Perform cliché and embossing corrections ✔ Monitor quality and productivity during the shift ✔ Guide assistants in operational activities REQUIREMENTS: ✔ Experience operating industrial machinery (preferably printing equipment) ✔ Knowledge of technical adjustments and calibrations ✔ Attentive, detail-oriented, and quality-focused profile ✔ Availability to work rotating shifts WORK SCHEDULE: 1st Shift: 05:00–13:30 (Saturdays until 09:00\) 2nd Shift: 13:30–22:00 (Saturdays until 13:00\) BENEFITS: ✔ On-site cafeteria ✔ PPR (Profit Sharing Program) ✔ Health insurance plan ✔ Transportation allowance ✔ Uniform ✔ Dedicated parking ✔ Pharmacy discount program ✔ Attendance bonus Location: Blumenau Employment Type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$1\.741,37 \- R$2\.815,21 per month Work Mode: On-site
