**Description** **The opportunity:** This role is responsible for conceptualizing, developing, modifying, analyzing, and optimizing medium-complexity electrical designs of liquid-immersed distribution transformers, including specifications for manufacturing (moderate size), aiming to meet technical requests and product changes from the company, implementing them efficiently, economically, and in accordance with contract specifications, following quality standards and safety requirements. This is a position to work 100% in Blumenau. **How you will make an impact:** 1\. Execute and develop electrical designs or parts of designs for manufacturing components of company products (transformers), subcomponents, and/or equipment through drawings and sketches, calculations of dimensions, capacity, mass, volume, etc., using CAD stations/applications, providing necessary adjustments and optimizations. 2\. Act as a technical drawing expert or consultant by examining, reading, and interpreting standards and technical specifications, as well as other complete project documents for compliance and quality assurance, and generate detailed material lists (including bolts, washers, and other transformer items), following required specifics, department procedures, and company standards. 3\. Provide technical support to those responsible for controlling ongoing contracts regarding claims, new scope changes (projects), cost impacts, time impacts, risk quantifications, etc., guided by area management and/or more experienced engineers, clarifying doubts and providing profitable, high-quality alternatives and solutions according to customer requirements, budget forecasts, and contracts, while ensuring adherence to safety standards and mitigation of potential risks. 4\. Study operational project requirements based on layouts, sketches, and technical needs to optimize costs, perform technical calculations to support your work, and provide technical support to departments, follow up assemblies, clarify mechanical technical drawings, and meet other support demands. 5\. Develop execution plans by defining methods and processes, meeting the sequence of project activity scheduling, changes, and revisions (calculations), contributing to meeting demands, characteristics, and agreed deadlines with customers, providing necessary information to ensure required mechanical quality standards and productivity. 6\. Occasionally contact suppliers and service providers to evaluate budgets and delivery times, conduct visits and technical inspections, certifying or recommending purchases or third-party contracts, as well as contacting customers to provide technical assistance, guidance, repairs, adjustments, and adaptations. 7\. Provide technical assistance to customers and production teams, clarifying technical questions or guiding service development, thoroughly preparing designs, CAD model drawings for production, incorporating lessons learned across various models, materials, and suppliers, analyzing and mitigating risks, monitoring assembly and functional product tests, as well as updating material lists until drawing completion, thus achieving high-quality drawings and models. 8\. Support other business areas (Procurement, Planning, Operations) by organizing technical lists and registering items in the company's management system, SAP. 9\. Work in accordance with the Safety Master Plan, using the necessary PPE for performing activities in the factory. 10\.
