Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for ensuring efficient and welcoming customer service, maintaining product organization, restocking, and correct pricing, while safeguarding quality. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for delivering efficient and welcoming customer service; maintaining product organization, restocking, and accurate pricing; ensuring accuracy in cash register operations and handling of funds; safeguarding product quality by verifying expiration dates and integrity; contributing to store organization and adherence to internal processes; and supporting pricing actions, promotions, and visual communication layout. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED **Operate the cash register:** product scanning, payment processing, and amount verification. In-store customer service, clarifying inquiries and assisting with purchases. Restocking and organizing merchandise on shelves. Verifying prices, expiration dates, and packaging conditions. Replacing and updating labels, posters, banners, and conducting price audits. Receiving cash bags and handling funds under supervision of the auditor. Assisting with packaging, product testing when required, and merchandise handling. Requirements Completed (or currently pursuing) high school education. Experience in customer service, cashier duties, or retail (preferred but not mandatory). Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication. Organizational skills and attention to detail (prices, dates, expiration, amounts). Agility in performing restocking, cashier tasks, and other store-related demands. Basic math skills for cash register operations. Flexible availability (including weekends and holidays, as needed).
