Managed by a multi-family administration, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for cash operations and customer service at the checkout counter, following established protocols, rules, regulations, and standards; scanning merchandise, processing payments, performing cash withdrawals, closing the register, and submitting daily financial reports at the end of the shift. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Ensure excellence in customer service at the checkout counter by adhering to protocols, rules, regulations, and standards; scanning/weighing products, consulting code tables, verifying product labels, checking scale weights and system accuracy, processing payments, verifying prior authorization for checks and recording required notes on the back, and authenticating cash payments; Ensure cash withdrawals during the shift and proper register closure, including counting cash, reconciling totals, signing and submitting reports to the Supervisor and/or depositing funds into a safe or 24-hour vault to prevent accumulation of exposed cash and ensure accurate financial reporting; Contribute to achieving current campaign targets by promoting available products and services, identifying missing items, and promptly notifying the Supervisor for resolution; Help reduce front-end losses by proactively minimizing bag waste, preventing theft, expediting returns of perishable items, etc. Maintain the workplace and equipment in perfect working and clean condition, and request bags, receipt rolls, and other supplies as needed; Assist with packing and preparing goods for home delivery when required, ensuring optimal packaging; Assist with related tasks as needed, such as shelf stocking, checkout stand restocking, pricing and expiry date verification of merchandise, gift packaging, etc. Requirements **Academic Qualification:** Completed elementary education **Additional Information:** 100% in-person position **Work Location:** R.
