




Job Summary: Responsible for cleaning, organizing, restocking, and customer service, contributing to sales and loss reduction in the bakery. Key Highlights: 1. Organization and cleaning of the department and equipment About Us GTOP comprises the brands Rede TOP, ObenCard, and Preceiro Atacadista. With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Clean the department and counters; verify product expiration dates on counters and in the sales area; stock counters for store opening; serve customers; inspect appearance of displayed products; place product orders adhering to scheduled dates and times; clean the coffee machine; update price labels; clean the food court area; assist with department cleaning and organization; clean equipment; participate in monthly inventory counts; clean external islands and counters; attend departmental meetings with supervisors and management; participate in full inventory audits. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to store sales through strategic product display and provide personalized customer service at the counter; when necessary, advise customers on product types and derivatives; prepare, package, weigh, and deliver products to customers; Contribute to the production of various bakery products (aligned with the bakery’s product mix) by baking, frying, cutting, preparing, and packaging items, following production schedules and protocols, rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety standards, and established targets; Enhance customer service efficiency through continuous counter restocking and accurate pricing, in accordance with pre\-established rules and standards; Boost departmental sales through attractive and distinctive product displays and strong customer relationships; Contribute to loss reduction by correctly organizing product displays according to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles and producing forecasted quantities per production schedules, protocols, and recipes; Monitor product appearance, expiration dates, and pricing, performing daily checks, and removing products with damaged packaging, expired items, or missing identification; Assist in receiving and transporting products, and prepare and store them in appropriate locations; Support product counting for stock assessments, controls, and inventories; Maintain department, equipment, and utensil organization and cleanliness through daily sanitation procedures, and request equipment adjustments and maintenance as needed; Process customer payments at the bakery cash register when required; Assist in related activities as needed; Requirements **Minimum academic qualification:** Completed elementary education (preferred) Valid health certificate **Additional information:** 100% in-person position 100% in-person position **Work location:** Rua Benjamin Constant, 939, Escola Agricola neighborhood, Blumenau, SC, CEP 89\.037\-400 **Working hours:** 13:30 \- 22:20 **Benefits:** Attendance Bonus Target Achievement Bonus Transportation Allowance Childcare Assistance Rede TOP Store Shopping Discount Program Life Insurance Health Plan Dental Plan Professional Development Pathway * Position available for persons with disabilities (PCD)
