Participation in strategic projects and efficiency studies **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Analyze the economic feasibility of procedures, care packages, and healthcare projects (e.g., new procedures, specialties); * Support the evaluation of direct clinical costs (materials, medications, OPME, fees) and their relationship with revenue; * Support the development and review of hospital packages based on actual consumption and clinical practices; * Analyze margin per procedure, physician, specialty, and unit; * Support monitoring of clinical and financial indicators (e.g., cost per patient-day, cost per surgery, average ticket); * Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency gains (e.g., waste, OPME usage, length of stay); * Collaborate with clinical areas (CC, ICU, and other units) to understand consumption patterns and processes; * Support analysis of variances between budgeted and actual figures (primarily for materials/medications and clinical services); * Contribute to occupancy studies, operating room utilization rates, and cost-per-hour analyses; * Participate in strategic projects and operational efficiency studies.
