**Schedule:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)\n \n \n\n**Location:** Unimed Litoral Maternity Hospital \- Balneário Camboriú/SC\n \n \n\n**Department:** Distribution Center\n \n \n\n**Requirements:** \n\nHigh school diploma;\n \n \n\nComputer skills (basic);\n \n \n\nMicrosoft Office (basic);\n \n \n\nDriver's license category C;\n \n \n\n**Job Mission:** \n\nDrive vehicles owned by the Cooperative, transporting executives, employees, materials, and documents as required by the department, while complying with traffic laws.\n \n \n\n**Main Responsibilities:** \n\n**GENERAL ACTIVITIES:** \n\n1\. Drive vehicles to deliver, pick up, transfer mailbags, documents, and supplies among Unimed units\n \n \n\n2\. Ensure vehicles are refueled and lubricated\n \n \n\n3\. Regularly inspect the operational status of vehicles under your responsibility and arrange repairs with the leasing company for any defects\n \n \n\n4\. Replace tires when necessary during service\n \n \n\n5\. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and preservation\n \n \n\n6\. Immediately inform leadership in case of any vehicle accident\n \n \n\n7\. Return the vehicle to its designated parking location upon completion of service\n \n \n\n8\. Daily collect mailbags from Unimed units\n \n \n\n9\. Use corporate mobile phone\n \n \n\n**SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES \- CDU:** \n\n1\. Transport clients\n \n \n\n2\. Weekly collect financial mailbags from all Unimed units\n \n \n\n3\. Receive and register them with the Finance Department\n \n \n\n**SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES \- PROCUREMENT:** \n\n1\. Drive vehicles to deliver and pick up documents between Unimed units or travel to other locations\n \n \n\n2\. Load and unload vehicles for deliveries\n \n \n\n3\. Refuel the vehicle fleet\n \n \n\n4\. Deliver warehouse stock items to requesting departments\n \n \n\n5\. Provide telephone, email, and/or in-person support to suppliers and colleagues\n \n \n\n6\. Maintain organization and cleanliness of desks, shelves, counters, and other areas\n \n \n\n7\. Store products in their designated locations\n \n \n\n8\. Support suppliers during goods receipt inspection against purchase orders, verifying brand and invoiced value versus the purchasing department’s budgeted value\n \n \n\n9\. Process inter-location product transfer requests and requisitions\n \n \n\n10\. Fulfill departmental material requisitions\n \n \n\n11\. Deliver products to departments according to demand\n \n \n\n12\. Print product barcode labels\n \n \n\n13\. Assist with stock inventory processes whenever requested by leadership\n \n \n\n14\. Record incoming product invoices in the system\n \n \n\n15\. Organize products to ensure first-in, first-out (FIFO) rotation based on expiration dates\n \n \n\n16\. Forward invoices to the Finance Department\n \n \n\n17\. Keep stock items organized and properly labeled\n \n \n\n18\. Pick products as requested by departments and pack them into appropriate transport means for shipment\n \n \n\n19\. Label products for identification and control\n \n \n\n20\. Monitor internal customer verification during product receipt\n \n \n\n21\.
