Development and training for IT projects #### **Responsibilities** * Provide support and assistance to all users, including office staff, headquarters, branches, stores, and potential new business units. * Deliver remote or on-site support, answer questions, provide NO, N1, and N2 support, maintain servers, switches, networks, local and/or corporate software, hardware, and office technology tools. * Support internal teams in their activities. * Manage IT assets, monitor availability and performance using technology tools and predictive maintenance practices, ensuring asset and service operations. * Size, implement, and propose improvements to enhance or correct the operationalization of existing technologies. * Address user needs and/or demands related to support, systems, and infrastructure, prioritizing execution of each request. * Plan, execute, monitor, and manage the entire IT infrastructure environment. * Evaluate and propose corrective and improvement actions for infrastructure or systems environments based on established and aligned best practices with departmental management and in alignment with company board directives. Implementation relies on hands-on experience within the environment. * Conduct communications, record activities and support interactions via tickets (service requests), and obtain quotations from hardware and software vendors based on diagnosed or requested requirements; domain expertise and functional competencies acquired through specialized training aid in task execution and ensure appropriate corporate solutions. * Possess systemic thinking with a results-oriented mindset, strong teamwork skills, and a hands-on profile. * Demonstrate proactivity, flexibility to understand new guidelines, and strong interpersonal skills—these are developed through work maturity and professional training; the goal is to employ highly competent professionals who contribute IT solutions and disseminate standardized IT practices. * Upon reaching senior-level proficiency, develop training programs and define projects using methodologies and techniques aimed at meeting quality, cost, timeline, and benefit objectives. #### **Requirements** * Proven experience (minimum 3 years) administering Windows Server operating systems (2012 R2, 2016, 2019) and/or Linux distributions (Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu). * Solid knowledge of network infrastructure and protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, and configuration of networking equipment (Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper). * Proficiency in virtualization environments, with practical experience in VMware vSphere/ESXi or Microsoft Hyper-V. * Experience with backup and restore tools and methodologies, such as Veeam Backup & Replication or similar. * Completed undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Networks, or related fields. * Relevant certifications in operating systems (MCSA, LPIC) or networking (CCNA) will be considered advantageous. #### **Skills** * Windows Server Administration * Linux OS (Shell Scripting) * TCP/IP Networking * Microsoft * Google Workspace * Cloud Computing and Virtualization Knowledge ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Department:** Beagle Blumenau Headquarters
