Job Objective: Provide technical support to users and ensure the proper functioning of systems, equipment, and IT infrastructure, contributing to business continuity and operational efficiency. Main Responsibilities: - Provide technical support to users, both on-site and remotely, ensuring rapid issue resolution. - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment (computers, printers, etc.). - Install and configure software, operating systems, and networks. - Manage IT equipment and asset inventory, ensuring organization and traceability. - Support incident management and maintain updated technical documentation. - Assist in implementing continuous improvements in IT processes. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Technical or undergraduate degree in IT, completed or in progress. Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
