**Workplace:** Blumenau/SC - Salto do Norte **Schedule:** Monday to Friday - **Schedule:** Monday to Friday - 08:00 to 18:00 / Saturday - 8:00 to 12:00. **Responsibilities and duties** * Plan and conduct commercial visits to schools, companies, and partner institutions, presenting the course portfolio and institutional differentiators. * Represent the higher education institution (IES) at external events, fairs, lectures, and community activities focused on promotion and enrollment of new students. * Establish strategic partnerships with school administrators, community leaders, companies, and associations. * Deliver institutional presentations, dynamic sessions, and career guidance activities at high schools. * Monitor results from external initiatives, prepare reports, and propose improvements based on performance indicators. * Support enrollment and entrance exam campaigns, ensuring alignment between external actions and institutional strategies. * Maintain active follow-up relationships with prospective students and partners after visits, encouraging conversion and loyalty. * Contribute to planning local and regional marketing initiatives, aligned with the IES's growth goals. * Act with ethical, communicative, and inspiring behavior, reflecting institutional values in all interactions. **Desired behavioral and technical competencies:** * Assertive communication, negotiation, results orientation, proactivity, teamwork, emotional intelligence, mastery of consultative sales techniques, and interpersonal relationship skills. **Requirements and qualifications** **Education:** * Completed or ongoing bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, Communications, Pedagogy, or related fields. * Postgraduate specialization in Educational Management or Strategic Marketing is desirable. **Experience:** * Proven experience in commercial or external relations roles, preferably in the educational sector. * Experience in client prospecting, external visits, corporate presentations, and partnership closures. * Knowledge of student recruitment processes, sales funnels, CRM, and higher education commercial campaigns will be considered a differential. **Additional information** * Work autonomously in executing internal and external commercial activities, adhering to institutional guidelines and established targets. * Officially represent the Institution at events and external meetings. * Be accountable for meeting recruitment targets and ensuring high-quality relationships with partners and prospective students. * Guarantee the integrity of information and processes under responsibility, in alignment with institutional principles and LGPD regulations.
