Proficiency in computer use and strong writing skills for composing emails and documents. Preparation of monthly reports for the client. Coordinate document management with the technical manager. Prepare and participate in meetings with clients and staff. Ensure compliance with SOPs. Actively participate in all training programs and implement them among subordinates. Demonstrate strong leadership. Be proactive and helpful. Maintain good interpersonal relationships. Preferred qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy; or Bachelor's degree in Administration; or Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
