Job Summary: Responsible for supervising and ensuring the performance of sales teams, guaranteeing achievement of targets, adherence to operational standards, and excellence in customer service. With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for supervising and ensuring the performance of sales teams, guaranteeing achievement of commercial targets, adherence to operational standards, and excellence in customer service. Directly manages frontline employees, monitoring routines, productivity, product display, and execution of commercial campaigns. Seeks to maximize sales results, control losses, and promote team development, in accordance with company standards, policies, and values. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED * Supervise and guide the sales team, ensuring courteous, agile, and effective customer service; * Ensure achievement of sales, margin, and performance indicators, analyzing results and developing action plans; * Plan and monitor product replenishment, pricing, and display, ensuring sector standardization and appeal; * Guarantee compliance with hygiene, safety, and good operational practices; * Control losses and stockouts, implementing corrective actions and recovery measures when necessary; * Monitor and manage work schedules, overtime bank, days off, vacations, and other administrative routines of the team; * Promote employee development and motivation through guidance, feedback, and technical training; * Ensure products are always available, organized, and correctly priced; * Support the store manager in executing promotional campaigns and activities; * Participate in inventories and ensure data accuracy; * Encourage teamwork and cooperation among employees, fostering a productive and respectful work environment. Requirements **Experience (in the field):** Leadership roles in food retail or sales areas. **Academic qualification:** Completed high school (technical or undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields is desirable). **Specific knowledge:** Team management, sales techniques, performance indicator control, shelf replenishment and store layout, inventory management. Leadership profile, strong communication skills, organization, results orientation, and customer focus. **Additional information:** **Work location:** R.
