Job Summary: Responsible for cleaning and organizing the department, restocking counters, serving customers, and preparing bakery products to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on loss reduction and sector organization About Us GTOP comprises the brands Rede TOP, ObenCard, and Preceiro Atacadista. Under multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Clean the department and counters; verify product expiration dates on counters and in the sales area; stock counters for store opening; serve customers; inspect the appearance of displayed products; place product orders according to scheduled dates and times; clean the coffee machine; reprice items; clean the food court area; assist in department cleaning and organization; clean equipment; participate in monthly inventory counts; clean external display islands and counters; attend department meetings with supervisors and management; participate in full inventory audits. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to store sales through strategic product display and provide personalized customer service at the counter; when necessary, guide customers on product types and derivatives; prepare, package, weigh, and deliver products to customers; Contribute to the production of diverse products (aligned with the bakery’s product mix) by baking, frying, cutting, preparing, and packaging products, following production schedules and protocols, rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and established targets; Enhance customer service efficiency through continuous restocking of product display counters and accurate pricing, adhering to predefined rules and standards; Boost departmental sales through attractive and distinctive product displays and customer relationship building; Contribute to loss reduction by correctly organizing displays according to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles and producing forecasted quantities as per production schedules, protocols, and recipes; Monitor product appearance, expiration dates, and pricing, performing daily checks and removing products with damaged packaging, expired items, or lacking identification; Assist in receiving and transporting products, as well as preparing and storing them in appropriate locations; Support product counting for stock assessments, controls, and inventories; Maintain department, equipment, and utensil organization and cleanliness by adhering to daily hygiene procedures, and request equipment adjustments and maintenance when necessary; Process customer payments at the bakery cash register when required; Assist in related activities as needed; Requirements **Minimum academic qualification:** Completed elementary education (preferred) Valid health certificate **Additional information:** 100% in-person position 100% in-person position **Work location:** Rua Benjamin Constant, 939, Escola Agrícola neighborhood, Blumenau, SC, CEP 89\.037\-400 **Working hours:** 13:30 \- 22:20 **Benefits:** Attendance Bonus Target Achievement Bonus Transportation Voucher Childcare Assistance Rede TOP Store Purchase Agreement Life Insurance Health Plan Dental Plan Professional Development Pathway * Position available for persons with disabilities (PCD)
