Monitor, analyze, and directly act on critical HR indicators—including turnover, absenteeism, and time-to-hire—proposing and executing action plans for continuous improvement. Provide direct support to operational leaders (managers and coordinators), acting as a strategic partner in people management and decision-making. Lead and implement organizational culture initiatives, such as active listening programs (speak-up), values reinforcement, and engagement initiatives.
