




Job Summary: We are seeking a Pre-Sales professional (SDR/BDR) to perform lead prospecting and qualification, schedule meetings, and manage CRM for a data protection company. Key Highlights: 1. Knowledge of or genuine interest in LGPD, Compliance, and Cybersecurity Our client is a company specializing in data protection and privacy (LGPD) seeking a **Responsibilities:** Conduct active and inbound lead prospecting (outbound and inbound); Qualify leads according to ICP and company-defined criteria; Lead initial commercial contact and preliminary diagnosis; Handle objections during early sales process stages; Schedule qualified commercial meetings for the sales team; Record, update, and manage information in the CRM daily; Follow established scripts, cadences, and commercial processes; Perform structured follow-ups; meet scheduling targets, KPIs, and pre-sales routines. **Requirements:** Completed high school education; Proven experience in Pre-Sales (SDR/BDR); Engagement as an independent contractor (PJ/MEI); Knowledge of or genuine interest in LGPD, Compliance, Cybersecurity, or regulatory topics; Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 5 times per year), with all costs fully covered by the company; Experience in both active and inbound prospecting (outbound and inbound); Daily CRM usage experience (sales funnel, cadences, and follow-ups); Ability to qualify leads according to ICP; Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a commercial mindset; Organizational skills, discipline, and process orientation; Goal- and KPI-driven profile. **Benefits:** Cost-of-living allowance; Commission per scheduled meeting; Hybrid work arrangement after 6 months of employment, with 2 remote days per week. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM **Work Location:** **Neighborhood:** Centro **City:** Camboriú **State:** SC
