We are looking for a professional to handle the initial contact with our customers. Via phone, chat, and WhatsApp, you will resolve inquiries, provide guidance, perform tests and configurations, and also assist internal staff and external technicians. **No prior experience in this role is required.** **Work Schedule During Training:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM; Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. **Work Schedule After Training:** Monday to Friday, from 11:50 AM to 3:50 PM and from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM; weekends according to rotating schedule.
