Job Summary: We are seeking a physician to provide technical support for social security and labor-related matters, analyzing documents and preparing medical reports for legal proceedings. Focus on document analysis and technical review We are looking for a physician to provide technical support for social security and labor-related matters, contributing through document analysis and preparation of medical reports to assist in the procedural development of legal cases. The role will be carried out in collaboration with the law firm David Eduardo Cunha Advogados Associados, specialized in Social Security and Labor Law. Work Model: * Fully remote (home office) * Individual Legal Entity (PJ) contract * Approximately 20 hours per week * Delivery-based management, no fixed schedule Main Responsibilities: * Preparation of medical reports to support social security and labor-related legal proceedings * Issuance of requests for complementary examinations when necessary * Preparation of technical opinions and expert objection reports * Patient evaluation via video call or document analysis * Technical review of documents and drafts generated by the internal platform Requirements: ✔ Medical degree with active CRM registration ✔ Digital certificate linked to CRM for electronic document signing ✔ Active CNPJ for PJ contracting ✔ Approximate availability of 20 hours per week ✔ Familiarity with digital tools and remote work Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in occupational medicine, medical expertise, or forensic medicine * Experience preparing reports for judicial purposes * Knowledge of social security or labor legislation Job Type: Freelance / PJ Work Location: Remote
