




Description: * Bachelor's degree in Nursing. * Specialization in Occupational Nursing (mandatory). * Prior experience in occupational health, SESMT, or corporate health program management. * Experience analyzing health indicators and absenteeism. * Active COREN registration. * Provide nursing care, first aid, and emergency support. * Perform clinical procedures according to established protocols. * Monitor return-to-work processes, job reassignments, and chronic cases. * Plan and monitor health promotion and wellness programs. * Lead campaigns, educational initiatives, and training sessions. * Analyze data from medical certificates, absenteeism records, and occupational diseases to propose preventive actions. * Prepare reports with insights and recommendations. * Consolidate and monitor health indicators using BI tools, spreadsheets, and systems. * Develop dashboards for absenteeism, workplace accidents, and risks. * Support strategic decision-making through data analysis (People Analytics in Health). * Contribute to the implementation and updating of PCMSO, PGR, LTCAT, and regulatory standards. * Ensure proper recordkeeping and documentation for eSocial compliance. * Support internal and external audits. * Collaborate with Occupational Physicians, HR, SESMT, and leadership teams. * Participate in ergonomic assessments and incident investigations. 2512140202201920137
