Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to execute, support, and assist HR processes, contributing to ensuring compliance with internal policies, labor legislation, and collective bargaining agreements. Acting as the focal point of the CSC **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:** We seek a professional to execute, support, and assist HR processes, contributing to ensuring compliance with internal policies, labor legislation, and collective bargaining agreements (CBAs). The professional will represent the Shared Services Center (CSC) at the Blumenau unit, performing in-person service for that location and remote support for all other company units. **Responsibilities and Duties** **WHAT YOU WILL DO:** * Employee Service: Provide in-person service for the Blumenau unit and remote support for all group units. * HR Department Support: Assist HR department processes to ensure legal compliance and address employee inquiries. * Time & Attendance Management: Perform activities related to working hours control and timecard processing. * Local Representation: Act as the local focal point of the CSC (HR shared services center), ensuring alignment with corporate policies. * Compliance: Contribute to ensuring HR processes comply with labor legislation and collective bargaining agreements (CBAs). **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Higher Education: Completed undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Law, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. * Technical Knowledge: General knowledge of HR department operations. * Systems (Preferred): Prior experience with ADP or APDATA systems, especially in Time & Attendance modules. * Profile: Strong communication skills for public interaction and a solution-oriented mindset. * Availability to work 100% in-person in Blumenau/SC. **Additional Information** The **Smurfit Westrock**, a global leader in sustainable paper and packaging, operates in 40 countries with over 500 packaging conversion facilities and 62 paper mills.
