




Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior IT Assistant for internal technical support, ensuring the proper operation of equipment and network infrastructure, and addressing employee requests. Professional development and continuous learning in technology **Summary:** We are looking for a **Junior IT Assistant** to provide internal technical support, ensuring the smooth operation of company equipment and network infrastructure. This professional will be responsible for addressing employee requests, configuring devices, and supporting technology infrastructure maintenance. **Responsibilities:** * Provide Level 1 technical support to employees (on-site and remote); * Configure and perform basic maintenance on corporate notebooks, desktops, and mobile phones; * Manage requests related to email, access permissions, printers, and internal systems; * Support network maintenance (cabling, connectivity, routers, switches); * Maintain IT equipment inventory (assets and stock); * Assist with installation and updating of corporate software and tools. **Education:** * Technical or undergraduate degree (pursuing or completed) in Computer Networks, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields; **Experience:** * Basic knowledge of computer networks, IT infrastructure, and equipment maintenance; * Proficiency with Windows, Android, and iOS operating systems; * Strong communication skills, proactivity, and problem-solving orientation. **Technical Competencies:** * Prior experience in technical support or service desk roles; * Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP; * Experience with helpdesk or ticket management tools; * Familiarity with information security principles. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Strong oral and written communication skills, with a collaborative attitude; * Organizational skills and attention to detail when handling and logging support tickets; * Ability to work effectively in teams and manage multiple simultaneous requests; * Commitment to deadlines and focus on delivering practical solutions; * Eagerness to continuously learn and grow within the technology field. **Other Requirements:** * Availability for on-site (or hybrid, as applicable) work; * Technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA, ITIL, networking, maintenance) will be considered a plus; * Familiarity with information security and IT best practices is welcome. __________________________________________________________________________________________ **Working Hours** * Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM — Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:18 PM * 1-hour lunch break **Location:** Rod.
