Support managers and leaders in conducting routine processes to help build resilient and adaptable organizations; foster harmonious interaction to resolve questions, develop team spirit among employees, and promote company culture within the organization. **PROFILE:** Experience identifying, developing, and retaining qualified talent; Knowledge of employee onboarding and offboarding processes; Experience organizing training programs and development assessments, including feedback sessions; Experience managing employee benefits; Experience with internal marketing (campaigns, internal communications, and celebrations); Generalist HR experience and experience structuring HR policies and processes is desirable; Knowledge of labor legislation is desirable; Experience managing teams is desirable; Experience handling routine HR tasks; Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Experience conducting organizational climate surveys; Knowledge of performance evaluation, career planning, and people development. **Additional Responsibilities:** Manage Recruitment and Selection to ensure agility and accuracy in filling positions aligned with company culture; Implement strategic internal marketing initiatives and programs to engage, motivate, and retain employees; Conduct new employee integration and onboarding to ensure initial alignment with company culture, policies, and processes. Support managers in delivering feedback during probationary and post-probationary periods; Contribute to implementing HR policies and procedures, support managers in applying these policies and procedures, and guide best practices in people management; Conduct exit interviews; Manage HR metrics: turnover rate, absenteeism, time-to-hire, and organizational climate; Manage employee benefits, seek improvements, and implement new benefits; Collaborate with managers on technical and behavioral training and capacity building for teams, aligned with company culture; Develop career plans to support employee professional growth; Ensure employee motivation by communicating company values and culture, aiming to attract and retain talent, improve organizational climate, and drive organizational growth; Collaborate with managers in conflict mediation to foster a favorable organizational climate; Provide support and clarify employee inquiries; Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance Work Location: On-site
