




Job Summary: Assist in the tax department, focusing on data entry and verification of tax documents, tax calculation, and support for tax-related matters. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in tax calculation and ancillary obligations 2. Provide support to clients and internal departments on tax-related matters 3. Assist in handling tax audits **Location:** Velha, Blumenau \- SC. **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday) **Your Responsibilities Will Include:** \- Assist in entering and verifying tax documents (input invoices, output invoices, and service invoices). \- Support tax calculation according to the tax regime applicable to client companies. \- Assist in preparing and submitting ancillary obligations. \- Verify fiscal classification of products and services, CFOP, CST, NCM, and tax rates. \- Support monitoring of negative certificates, tax deadlines, and tax payment due dates. \- Organize and maintain tax files and electronic documents. \- Provide basic tax-related support to clients and internal departments. \- Assist in handling tax audits and requests from competent authorities. \- Support verification of tax payment slips. **Requirements to Apply for This Opportunity:** \- Experience in tax document verification and tax calculation for companies. \- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences. **Nice-to-Have Qualifications:** \- Familiarity with the Único system. \- Knowledge of verification and calculation under the **Simples Nacional** regime. **What the Company Offers:** \- Meal Allowance: R$ 500.00; \- Transportation Allowance; \- Health Insurance (Unimed) – effective after 3 months; \- Dental Insurance (Uniodonto) – effective after 3 months; \- Pharmacy Partnership Program; \- Birthday Day Off.
