Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Analyst to ensure processes run accurately, managing corporate travel, service orders, and providing support to the technical team. Key Highlights: 1. Bachelor's degree required and intermediate-level proficiency in Excel and ERP. **Administrative Analyst \- Services** ======================================= If you are organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy ensuring that processes run accurately and on schedule, this opportunity is for you! **Main Responsibilities** * Corporate travel management (airline tickets, accommodations, vehicle rentals, and insurance); * Control and closing of Service Orders; * Support for billing and collection of service orders; * Requesting and tracking technical kits, tools, and spare parts; * Logistical organization of technical training sessions; * Administrative support to the technical team, ensuring organization and timely delivery. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Experience in corporate travel management; * Experience with control and closing of Service Orders, billing, and/or collections; * Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools; * Familiarity with management systems (ERP); * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong time management; * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with technical teams and suppliers. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in technical assistance or field services.
