Responsibilities and Duties * Provide support for the **legal department’s administrative routines**, working across various areas of law, including **civil, labor, and corporate law**. * Perform **analysis, review, and approval of contracts and legal documents**, as well as draft legal opinions on legal matters. * Support the **planning and development of internal legal policies**, contributing to governance and legal compliance. * Stay updated on **legislation and case law**, supporting the formulation of legal strategies and opinions. * Carry out support activities, including **invoice entry, organization and archiving of cases, deadline tracking, and updating of records**.
