Focus on performance and customer satisfaction * **Logistics Management:** Manage and plan operational flow, including storage, distribution, and transportation. * **Team Leadership:** Coordinate loading and unloading teams, ensuring efficiency in goods handling. * **Performance:** Monitor operational processes through KPI analysis and results delivery. * **Operational Support:** Provide technical and logistical assistance to drivers during cargo transit. * **Fleet Management:** Supervise vehicle hiring and scheduling of loading/unloading activities. * **Transportation Guidelines:** Issue detailed authorizations and instructions for cargo loading and unloading. * **Training:** Implement continuous training programs for team development. * **Customer Success:** Handle customer service, reporting KPIs, strategies, and operational status. * **Financial Management:** Monitor billing processes and payment flows with partners. * **Reporting to Senior Management:** Present strategic plans and consolidated results to coordination and executive leadership.
