




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to lead the planning and execution of high-standard construction projects, ensuring quality, adherence to deadlines, and team management. Our headquarters is located in Itapema/SC, and we also operate in Balneário Camboriú, Camboriú, Itajaí, Navegantes, and Porto Belo. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan, organize, and control project costs, schedules, and quality; * Lead planning and execution of the project across all phases; * Manage and guide work teams, ensuring productivity and goal achievement; * Analyze required resources according to the project budget; * Ensure full compliance with signed contracts; * Approve material requisitions and service measurements; * Guarantee delivery of the completed project and common areas to the client/condominium administrator; * Manage contractor contracts (scope, measurements, retentions, penalties, and terminations); * Plan and coordinate site operations; * Supervise and monitor quality engineering; * Ensure workplace safety, service quality, and environmental compliance in accordance with current standards and legislation, in partnership with the local safety technician. **Technical Competencies:** * Budget management, physical\-financial scheduling, and cost control; * Development, monitoring, and updating of engineering planning; * Reading, interpretation, and coordination of architectural, structural, and installation (electrical, plumbing, specialty) drawings; windows and high-end finishes; * Proficiency in measurement processes, contracts, and supplier management; * Knowledge and use of the Sienge and Prevision systems; * Strong leadership ability, decision-making capability, high resilience, and problem-solving skills. **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering, with active registration at CREA; * An MBA or postgraduate qualification in this field will be considered a plus; * Solid experience in managing and executing construction projects, including direct involvement in planning, monitoring physical and financial indicators, and quality management; * Minimum 10 years’ experience in large-scale projects involving management and execution of high-standard construction, preferably vertical residential developments with multiple floors; * Proven experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams, contract management, and interfacing with partners, clients, and regulatory authorities; * Practical experience in foundations, structural systems, construction methods, installations, specialty façades, and finishes; * Proactive, organized profile with strategic vision and strong management and resilience capabilities.
