PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in travel sales; familiarity with hotels and/or tourism. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Consulting, marketing, and follow-up of tourism services; * Customer service and travel itinerary development; * Ticket and document issuance, including management of changes and emergencies; * Post-trip follow-up; * Quotation preparation for social media promotions and sales groups. WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM. Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
